Enter into a beautifully designed 760 sq ft open-concept studio space where modern architecture meets cozy comfort. Large windows bring in natural light while thoughtful finishes create a calm, elevated atmosphere.
The sleeping area features a premium queen bed with quality linens and nearby charging access. Across the studio, the lounge space includes a large 50” Smart TV perfect for movie nights or relaxing after exploring the city.
The kitchen is stocked for elevated meals and morning coffee rituals, complete with a curated coffee setup including drip coffee maker, French press, Bodum pourover carafe and electric gooseneck kettle.
Upstairs, the private rooftop deck is the highlight of the home — featuring outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and sweeping views toward Puget Sound and Seattle sunsets.
