It is an easy base for everything Guildford offers. You are within a short walk of the cobbled High Street, the riverside, the theatre and a wide choice of restaurants and independent shops. London Road station is close by, with direct trains to London Waterloo, and the A3 puts the rest of Surrey and the south coast within easy reach.



The home works equally well for couples, small families, business stays and visitors to the University of Surrey, Royal Surrey hospital and the Cathedral. Everything is kept simple and hands off, so you can settle in and enjoy your stay.



The Space:

The flat is arranged over two floors and works well for couples, families and longer stays. Downstairs you have a bright sitting room and a modern open plan kitchen and breakfast room with everything you need to cook and relax. Upstairs there are two comfortable double bedrooms and a family bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower. Outside you have a private garden.



Guest Access:

You have the whole flat to yourself, both floors and the private garden. After booking you will receive a link to your guest portal with everything you need, and your check in details are sent shortly before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Before Check-In



To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, all guests are required to complete a few steps before check-in. These are completed through the SuiteOp link provided after your booking and are separate from your accommodation payment. All pre-arrival steps must be completed before check-in.

3) Choose your preferred damage protection option



For damage protection, you can choose between: a £500 refundable security deposit (a £500 deposit is held and returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue) OR a non-refundable damage waiver (this is charged at £20 for 1-night stay, £40 for a 2-night stay and a maximum of £45 for stays longer than 2 nights).

Check-out: By 10:00



Please note: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property. We also ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00, out of consideration for our neighbours.
