About this apartment rental
Start the day with Kona coffee on the patio, watching the Pacific move beyond Keauhou, then follow the community path down toward the beach. This renovated, oceanfront two bedroom, two bath condo gives up to six guests room to spread out, with five beds, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a portable air conditioner in the second bedroom, and a large patio set up for meals outside. Come home from a snorkeling morning at Kahalu'u Beach Park or an afternoon along the Kona Coast to the community pool, tennis courts, and grill areas. The ocean view living room is an easy place for board games, a movie, or a slow evening after the sun drops. Keauhou keeps you close to Kailua Kona while feeling more settled and residential. This is a strong fit for a family or two couples who want beach time, room to breathe, and a true Big Island home base.
The Space:
Inside, the renovation keeps the focus on the view and on time together. The ocean view living area has a smart TV and comfortable group seating, while the full kitchen brings stainless appliances, granite counters, and the cookware needed for easy breakfasts or a proper dinner. Two bedrooms, two baths, five beds, in home laundry, and a portable air conditioner in the second bedroom make this an easy setup for up to six guests.
Guest Access:
This condo at the gated Keauhou Surf & Racquet Club community offers a private entrance and access to the shared communal pool. The 17 acre grounds are beautifully landscaped with outdoor seating and a lit path to the entrance, close to ocean front views.
The Neighborhood:
Keauhou sits just south of Kailua Kona, where the coast feels calmer and beach days come without giving up town access. Kahalu'u Beach Park is a nearby choice for snorkeling, while the rocky shoreline near the community is made for watching the evening waves. Drive north for Kona restaurants, the harbor, and shops, then come back to a community with a pool, tennis courts, grills, and a path toward the beach. It is a practical base for families who want the Kona Coast close by and a slower place to land at night.
Getting Around:
Kona International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away. A rental car is recommended for exploring the Kona Coast. Keauhou Bay, Kahalu'u Beach Park, snorkeling, and dining are a short drive away, while downtown Kailua-Kona is farther north along the coast. Parking is generally available on site.
Other Things to Note:
This single level condo is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available. A sofa bed in the living room offers sleeping space for two. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
