• Bedroom 4 – Twin-over-twin bunk (good for kids)
Vaulted ceilings, big windows, warm wood, open layout. The kitchen has granite, a large island with seating, and a full setup (dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, ice maker, cookware).
Outside:
• Private hot tub with mountain views
• Covered decks and lounge space
• Outdoor dining
• Gas grill
• Fire pit
• Hammock
Inside extras: arcade game machine, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, central heat and AC, free parking, self check-in.

**Pet-Friendly Home:** One well-behaved, fully house-trained dog is permitted with advance notice and a $100 pet fee per stay.
