The Neighborhood:
Waikoloa Hills is in Waikoloa Village, an inland Kohala Coast community with mountain views and a quieter residential feel. The Village Course is immediately nearby, and the village center offers groceries and casual essentials. Drive out to Puako Petroglyph Park for a look at Hawaiian cultural sites or to 49 Black Sand Beach for a striking stretch of shoreline. The beaches and resort restaurants of Waikoloa Beach Resort are also an easy outing by car. This area is best for guests who enjoy exploring beyond the resort strip.
Getting Around:
Kona International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away by car. A rental car is recommended for reaching beaches, restaurants, and resort shopping from Waikoloa Village. The village center offers a few walkable shops and eateries, while the coast, beach parks, and larger resort areas are a drive away. Parking is generally available on site or in nearby lots.

The fireplace is not for guest use. Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p. m. to 8:00 a. m.
