About this apartment rental
Let the lanai decide the pace: coffee with an ocean and fairway view, a leisurely breakfast, then a swim or a set of pickleball before heading to the beach. This three-bedroom, three-bath Waikoloa Villas condo sleeps six and looks over the ninth hole of the Village Course. The community has heated pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, and golf close at hand, so a full day can be as active or as relaxed as you like. Inside, soaring wood ceilings, a new stainless-steel kitchen, and an in-home washer and dryer make the space feel both special and useful. Pack the beach essentials for a drive to Anaeho'omalu Bay and the shore, then come home to a peaceful residential setting. It is a lovely choice for a family or friends who want room, views, and plenty of options nearby.
The Space:
Soaring 18-foot wood ceilings, picture windows, and sliding glass doors shape an open living area filled with light. The new kitchen has a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, with a six-person table and bar seating for meals at home. The primary suite has a king bed, lanai access, and an en suite walk-in shower, while the additional bedrooms give the group room to settle in.
Guest Access:
Guests at Waikoloa Villas enjoy access to the shared pool and hot tub, set on golf course front grounds with a private entrance and lit path to the door. On site parking rounds out this tranquil Waikoloa Village community.
The Neighborhood:
Waikoloa Villas sits in Waikoloa Village, a peaceful residential community above the Kohala Coast and alongside the Village Course. The inland setting gives you fairway views and a quieter evening, while the beach is an easy drive downhill. Anaeho'omalu Bay is a favorite for sand, swimming, and water time, and Kings' Shops and Queens' MarketPlace offer restaurants and shopping nearby. With tennis, pickleball, and golf close to home, it is a good area for groups who want activity on hand and the coast within reach.
Getting Around:
Kona International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away, a straightforward drive down the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended since the coastal beaches, resort shopping, and dining are a short drive from this upcountry golf community. The village center offers a few walkable shops and eateries. Parking is typically available on site or in nearby lots without much hassle.
Other Things to Note:
Unassigned parking is available for one car in the parking lot. This condo has a two story layout. Elevators are not available. Please note: this property is not equipped with heat or air conditioning. Ceiling fans in all rooms and island breezes keep the rental cool.
