House was clean and well kept! It was large enough for our family of 11 to be comfortable, which can be hard to find!

We had 11 people and needed the pullout couch for a bed, but it was unusable. Huge stain on the mattress protector and the mattress was soiled like someone had been sick on it. Vasaca was very quick to respond, and did refund some money. The floor in a basement bathroom really needs replacement. Very discolored around the toilet and we had to call Vasaca to get a different door code to get in. The one that was provided did not work.
