Located on the third floor of the Seepark Sellin complex, the apartment is just 900 meters from the Baltic Sea, the beach, and Lake Sellin. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance of the complex.

The apartment features free Wi-Fi and a complimentary initial supply of bed linen. The combined living and sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed and invites you to relax. A fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster ensures that you can easily prepare your own meals during your holiday. The apartment also includes a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a television. This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.
