About this apartment rental
Make Waikoloa Village your sunny, breezy base for Kohala Coast beach days. This one-bedroom condo sleeps four and sits beside the golf course, giving couples or a small family a practical place to reset between the coast and the pool. Start slowly on the patio, then spend the afternoon at the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, or picnic area. Waikoloa Village's restaurants and shops are within walking distance, while the white sand, snorkeling, and resort dining of Waikoloa Beach Resort are a drive down the hill. When you get home, ceiling fans and the higher elevation help keep the space comfortable. It is a no-fuss stay for travelers who want golf, shared amenities, and a quieter local feel outside the resort zone.
The Space:
This one-bedroom, one-bath condo sleeps four and is designed for easy days between outings. The higher Village elevation, sea breezes, and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom help it stay comfortable. The kitchen has a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, and full cooking range. Bring a cool drink to the patio, use the washer and dryer after the beach, and use the desk and WiFi when a little work follows you to the island.
Guest Access:
Guests at Fairway Terrace enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool, hot tub, and on-site gym in Waikoloa Village on the Big Island. A private entrance and patio or balcony add convenience, and shopping is close by. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.
The Neighborhood:
Waikoloa Village sits uphill from the Kohala Coast, wrapped around its golf course and known for a breezier, more residential feel than the beach resorts below. A small local center provides groceries and casual meals within the Village. Drive down to Waikoloa Beach Resort for Anaehoomalu Bay, shopping, dining, and the coast's sandy beaches, or head north toward Hapuna Beach for a classic Big Island beach day. It is a useful choice for visitors who want the Kohala Coast in reach while returning to a quieter setting at night.
Getting Around:
Kona International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away, a straightforward drive down the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended since the coastal beaches, resort shopping, and dining are a short drive from this upcountry golf community. The village center offers a few walkable shops and eateries. Parking is typically available on site or in nearby lots without much hassle.
