Guest Access:

Guests at Anini Ohana Estate in Kilauea have a private path to Anini Beach, about 225 feet from the ocean. The private lot includes outdoor seating, a garden setting, and lanais across the main home and separate ohana for easy group gatherings.



The Neighborhood:

Anini Beach is one of Kauai's most family-friendly North Shore beach settings, with a long offshore reef that usually makes the water calmer than the open coast. This estate sits only 225 feet from the ocean with a private path to the sand. Kilauea town is a short drive for groceries and local food, while Princeville and Hanalei add restaurants, shops, and more beach options. Kilauea Point is worth the drive for lighthouse views and seabirds. The neighborhood is green, quiet, and best enjoyed by families who want beach time to be part of the everyday routine.



Getting Around:

Lihue Airport is about 30 minutes away, a pretty drive along Kauai's north shore. A rental car is recommended to reach nearby beaches like Anini and Kalihiwai, as well as the shops and dining in town. Kilauea's small town center is walkable for coffee, food, and local goods, while groceries and more shopping are a short drive. Parking is usually available on site or curbside.
