Downstairs guests have their own designated private portion of the backyard with a propane fire pit and four outdoor chairs — a cozy spot to sit outside, unwind, and enjoy an evening by the fire.
About the home

This listing is for the private downstairs portion of a two-level home. The upstairs is a separate guest space with its own private entrance and living areas, so there are no shared indoor spaces.
Because there may be guests staying upstairs, you may occasionally hear normal household noise from above. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM–7 AM to help keep the property comfortable for everyone.

The downstairs does not have air conditioning, but it naturally tends to stay cooler. Portable fans are provided for warmer days, and space heaters plus the electric fireplace are available for additional warmth.
Parking and EV charging are shared with the upstairs guests. Each reservation is limited to a maximum of two vehicles.
