Completed in 2025, the luxurious 4-star Villa Mandre—with its own pool and ocean view—is the perfect oasis of relaxation for families with children, couples, or groups of up to 8 people, as well as an ideal base for exploring the island of Pag and Croatia!
V I L L A: With over 300 m² of living and outdoor space spread across 3 floors, the villa offers plenty of room for 6 to a maximum of 8 guests, featuring 3 modern bedrooms and bathrooms (shower/toilet) as well as a spacious living/dining area. In addition to the terrace with a 25 m³ pool and outdoor shower, the partially covered rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen and lounge area is a true highlight. From here, you’ll have a fantastic panoramic view of the sea, Mandre, and the impressive Velebit Mountains; you can enjoy Mandre’s unique sunsets and admire the starry sky.
A M E N A G E M E N T: All living and sleeping areas are fully air-conditioned and equipped with TV (streaming/satellite), high-speed Wi-Fi, and a modern open-concept kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and a large fridge-freezer combo with an integrated ice and water dispenser. Beds: 2 double beds (1.80 m wide), 1 bunk bed for up to 3 people (1.40 m/90 cm wide), pull-out sofa bed in the living room (1.20 m wide). Underfloor heating throughout the entire house for transitional seasons. Patios: extendable garden table with seating for 8 on both patios, as well as lounge chairs and umbrellas. Napoleon electric grill (ground-floor patio) and large Napoleon gas grill (outdoor kitchen on the rooftop terrace). Washing machine, coffee/Nespresso machine. Bedding and towels included. Two private parking spaces are reserved for you on the property.
L O C A T I O N: Villa Mandre is situated in a quiet location just a few minutes’ walk from the sea in the picturesque fishing village of Mandre. With its beautiful harbor, lively waterfront promenade, shopping, and numerous restaurants and bars, Mandre offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, all within walking distance. The legendary party beach Zrce near Novalja and the historic town of Pag are just a quick 15-minute drive away. The nearest airport in Zadar is just over an hour’s drive away and features numerous car rental agencies. The Velebit Mountains and Krka National Park are easily accessible. There are numerous water sports options nearby (boat rentals, surfing, jet skiing, diving).
