- This property features 2 single-story studio units: 1 is located on the upper level, and 1 is located on the lower level. Both units offer step-free access, but they are not wheelchair accessible due to the property being on a slope
- Shared access to the laundry room is available upon request once a week from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The laundry is located downstairs in the basement. Please reach out to the Guest Contact for laundry access
- The homeowner lives on-site, in the main house, and may be present during your stay
