Both beaches are connected by the spectacular South West Coast Path – a vast cliff-top trail that links scenic villages and characterful coves throughout Cornwall and into Devon. Venture further along the coast to the Hartland Heritage Coast (20 miles), where the two counties merge seamlessly. Inland, explore the historic market town of Launceston (14 miles), once the county capital, or head to Bodmin Moor (9.5 miles) for dramatic moorland walks and wide-open landscapes.

From the lounge, patio doors open onto a private decking area, where outdoor seating invites long evenings soaking up the sunshine. Elsewhere on the estate, enjoy access to 36 acres of woodland and grounds, as well as a shared games room equipped with a pool table, air hockey, dartboard and Bluetooth speaker.
