Early Check-In: Requests are subject to availability and must be made the day before or the day of arrival. If approved, a fee of $15/hour applies for each hour before 4:00 PM.
Late Check-Out: Requests are subject to availability and must be made the day before departure. If approved, a fee of $20/hour applies for each hour after 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late departures will incur a $50 fee.
Extended Stays: For reservations longer than 21 days, a $50 long-term cleaning fee will be included.
Lost Items: If you leave something behind, a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply for its return.
Starter Essentials: We provide a complimentary starter pack of toiletries and paper goods. For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies.
