The family-friendly 75 m² apartment in Sanitz/OT Gubkow accommodates up to 5 guests and is also ideal for 3 workers. It features a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen, heating in all rooms, private TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and step-free interior ensure comfort. Families have access to a private high chair, travel cot, shared playground (use at your own risk), shared toys and children's books, as well as beach towels.

The host’s daughter lives with two lively children on the first floor, so occasional noise may occur. The accommodation is 17 km east of Rostock and about 10 minutes by car from the A19/A20 motorway junction. Woods and meadows are just a minute’s walk away. In Gubkow, there is a swimming lake with a public playground, table tennis, football field with two goals, and a climbing tower right by the water. Another swimming lake with a bathing jetty is 1 km away. In spring and autumn, cranes gather here and, with a bit of luck, you might spot a sea eagle flying by.
Rostock is about 20 km away, the leisure and wellness center 7.5 km, Marlow Bird Park 17 km, Warnemünde about 33 km, Wonnemar Wismar 73 km, Klockenhagen open-air museum 26 km, Markgrafenheide about 34 km, Güstrow leisure pool 45 km, Tobeland Roggentin 15 km, the Darß about 60 km, and Rostock Zoo 32 km.
