The well-equipped kitchen/diner is ideal for preparing delicious meals, while the spacious dining table presents an ideal spot for eating and planning tomorrow’s adventures. After dinner, head to the lounge and pop on the Smart TV for some chill time. The wood burner keeps you toasty on chilly evenings. At bedtime, pick from a lovely king room with an additional single bed and private en-suite shower room, or relax in the second king room. A charming family bathroom completes the interior. Outside, you’ll have an enclosed patio and a raised decking space for fresh-air breakfasts on mild Devon mornings.

Westleigh itself has a wonderful local pub just 100 metres away, while a stone''s throw away lies the golden sands of Instow Beach (1.5 miles). For a thrill-seeking adventure, children will adore, head to The Milky Way Adventure Park (11 miles) or The Big Sheep (11 miles). Both offer exciting rides, live shows and interactive exhibits. The coastal resort of Westward Ho! is your destination for surfing, windsurfing and paddleboarding. In Bideford (2.5 miles) you can join the Tarka Trail, a 180-mile trail through unspoilt countryside which is ideal for cycling and walking. Or plan a day out in historical Barnstaple (9 miles), excellent for shopping and eating out.
