9 Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ
BEFORE BOOKING)
1) No Parties. No questions asked!
2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind
3) Home is equipped for 9 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night. NO VISITORS
4). The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must remain on the property during the stay.
5) No smoking or vaping inside the home. If smoking occurs inside the property, No smoking or vaping inside the home. If smoking occurs inside the property, guests will be charged a minimum smoking remediation fee of $300, plus any additional costs for odor removal, deep cleaning, or damages resulting from the violation, in accordance with Vrbo policies.

7) Pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 10 hours for it to warm
8) Late checkout
Late checkout is subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Any unauthorized party or event will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Guests will be charged a minimum unauthorized party fee of $300, plus any additional costs for extra cleaning, damages, unauthorized guests, or other expenses resulting from the violation, in accordance with Vrbo policies.
10. Stair Safety
This is a two-story home. A primary bedroom is located on the first floor, while the remaining bedrooms require the use of stairs. For safety reasons, no child safety gates are installed.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
11. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours and be respectful of our neighbors at all times..
