The region is rich in history: in the Périgord Pourpre, you can discover the vineyards of Monbazillac and Pécharmant, the historic town of Bergerac, and beautiful bastides like Monpazier, Beaumont, and Eymet. The Périgord Noir is famous for its UNESCO caves, impressive castles, and picturesque villages such as Domme, Beynac, and La Roque-Gageac. VillaFranche is a detached holiday home of 354 m² on a 7,000 m² plot, offering complete privacy. Shops, restaurants, a bank, tobacconist, public pool, and fishing pond are just a five-minute walk away.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds.
A veranda and balcony, garden furniture, barbecue, and shutters provide comfort. Wifi is included. The TV works only with a DVD player. A cot and high chair are available on request. In the area, you can walk, cycle, canoe, ride horses, and enjoy the local cuisine. Events are not allowed.
High season: rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside the high season, arrival and departure days are flexible. Long stays and winter rentals available on request.
