Inside, you'll find a bright open-concept layout with a spacious living room, queen sofa sleeper, dedicated workspace, and direct access to a private balcony with stunning Gulf views.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing beach snacks or relaxing meals and flows seamlessly into the dining area. The primary suite features a king bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed and convenient access to a bathroom with a double vanity. An in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays.

Leeward Key offers amenities for the whole family, including two gated pools surrounded by tropical landscaping. One pool is Gulf-front and seasonally heated, providing the perfect place to relax just steps from the beach. Guests also enjoy deeded private beach access, a fitness room, grilling areas with two gas grills and one charcoal grill, a vending room, and the convenience of a smoke-free property.
Parking
A maximum of two vehicles is permitted per reservation. All vehicles must be registered online before or upon arrival at lwk.parkingattendant.com. Parking is $31.40 per vehicle (includes parking, administrative fees, and tax), and a valid digital parking permit is required. Parking registrations default to a 7-day permit and are non-refundable.
