Welcome to Upta Camp, a beautifully renovated coastal home in the heart of Kinney Shores in Saco, just steps from seven miles of sandy beach along Saco Bay. Blending the character of a traditional Maine beach camp with modern comfort, the home features refinished original hardwood floors and thoughtful updates throughout.

Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, Upta Camp offers four inviting bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces that make it easy to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the very best of the Maine coast.

The home offers 1.5 bathrooms, including a full bathroom with a bathtub, a convenient half bath, and a hot and cold outdoor rinse station—perfect for rinsing away the sand after a day at the beach.

Each of the four bedrooms and the main living area has its own mini-split heating and air conditioning system, allowing for personalized comfort throughout your stay. Custom window treatments are featured throughout, including blackout shades in every bedroom to help ensure a restful night’s sleep.

One of Upta Camp’s unique features is its thoughtful floor plan—none of the four bedrooms share a common wall, providing added privacy and a quieter stay for everyone.

The updated kitchen features white cabinetry, a subway tile backsplash, full-size appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals at home.

Thoughtfully stocked for your stay, the kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and small appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from morning coffee and beach lunches to family dinners.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas are enhanced with recessed lighting, creating a bright and welcoming gathering space. Enjoy meals around the large dining table, which seats up to 8 guests, before relaxing in the living room with a spacious sectional, Smart TV, and ceiling fan.

Large windows throughout the home fill the rooms with natural light, with occasional glimpses of the ocean adding to the coastal setting.

Enter through the welcoming front mudroom, complete with a bench and hooks for jackets, towels, beach bags, and sandy shoes—making it easy to keep beach gear organized throughout your stay.

A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the home for use throughout your stay.

🐶 Dog Friendly

Dogs are welcome! We happily welcome up to 2 dogs, each weighing 50 pounds or less. A pet fee of $150 per dog, per night applies. We know pets are part of the family, and we’re delighted to welcome your four-legged companions to enjoy the Maine coast alongside you.

🛏️ Optional Linen & Towel Package

For guests who prefer to travel light, an optional linen and towel package is available for $400 per stay. The package includes bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, and beach towels for your stay. Guests are also welcome to bring their own linens and towels if preferred.

🚗 Parking

Tandem driveway parking is available for 2–3 cars. Additional free overnight street parking is available throughout the neighborhood on a first-come, first-served basis.

Despite being just steps from the beach, the home offers a wonderful sense of privacy and space—something increasingly rare in a beach community.
