Lovingly named in honor of the owners' parents, Malcolm and Audrey, this beautifully appointed 2-bedroom villa reflects the warmth, hospitality, and family traditions that inspired it. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel the care and attention that's gone into creating a place where guests can truly relax, reconnect, and enjoy the best of Caribbean living.
***Rate Notes***:
Casa Mal’Aud has solar panels on the roof that should provide ample power on a sunny day. Excess generated power is then stored in two batteries that should help your usage when the sun goes down. In addition, you get 5 KW per day from the mains electric free of charge as an additional allowance. Any usage above 5 KW/day is then charged at 20 Dominican pesos per KW/hour at checkout. The mains meter is read before your check in and when you check out. Running high-powered items like the air conditioners when you’re not home or with doors or windows open will quickly use up your allowance.
