The delightful seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea is just 6 miles away, while nature-lovers can visit the beautiful nature reserve at Blakeney, which is a haven for birdwatchers. From Blakeney Point you can take a boat trip to see a colony of grey seals. You can also take a trip on a steam train or visit the thriving Georgian market town of Holt. Nearby attractions include Thursford Steam Museum, Langham Glass and Fakenham Racecourse.


Steps lead up to the light and attractive studio apartment which is set in the grounds of the owner’s house and overlooks a river, you will find yourself in the bright, spacious and welcoming open-plan living area. There’s a relaxing lounge with comfortable seating, Smart TV with a Blu-ray DVD player, Internet/DAB radio with smart speaker, CD and an electric fire. You will also find a charming dining area, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need including a range master oven, microwave and fridge. Super king size bed (zip and link which can be made into a twin on request) in the studio and a separate shower room complete with WC.


Stepping outside, you can relax and enjoy the riverside views from the furnished balcony or you can unwind in the owner’s beautiful garden, which is over an acre and features a large variety of specimen trees. A river runs through the garden, and there is plenty of garden furniture so you can enjoy an afternoon by the riverside. Parking is available.
