Watch the sunset at the St Agnes Beacon with a locally bought takeaway. Once you have finished investigating the local area, venture a little further afield to some of Cornwall’s most popular attractions – head to the cathedral city of Truro for a plethora of shops, or Perranporth and Portreath both with stunning beaches, all within 9 miles.

Head in through the communal entrance and up the stairs to the first floor. Step inside the light entrance into the hallway of this cosy and well loved apartment. Ahead of you is the stylish and contemporary bathroom with shower over bath and WC. To your left is the double bedroom with plenty of space and a tasteful interior, and to the right, you’ll find the twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) which is equally as spacious and benefits from an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Heading to the end of the hallway, you’ll find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with views across to Porthtowan beach. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you will need including an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine so create a feast for all the family after a day on the beach or exploring the South West Coast Path. Enjoy a lazy breakfast at the dining table whilst planning your day ahead, with plenty of seating for everyone and a view of the sea! Cosy up in the lounge area on one of two comfortable sofas and watch your favourite film on the smart TV.

From the lounge, open up the patio doors to the balcony with seating for two and a sea view where you can relax with a good book. There is allocated parking for one car.
