Perfectly positioned to explore the popular market towns of Helmsley, Malton and Pickering - where the North Yorkshire Heritage Steam Railway winds its way across the Moors to the bustling coastal town of Whitby. You will also find the Yorkshire Coast and historic York within easy reach, offering unforgettable days out for all ages.

You may be lucky enough to see the cows greet you as you drive down the tree lined drive passed the fields on your approach to the cottage. Accessing through a private entrance in to the bright and spacious open plan lounge/ kitchen/ diner area with underfloor heating for a really cosy welcome. Relax in front of the Smart TV or simply put your feet up and read a book while the light beams through the window. Prepare a nice home cooked meal in the well equipped kitchen while socialising in the open plan space and dine at the farmhouse style dining table. No need to waste time washing dishes- let the dishwasher do the hard work while you make the most of every minute in your home from home. Just off the lounge you can slope off to a wonderfully comfortable kingsize or twin bedroom. Also off the lounge is the modern shower room with WC.

Heading outside from the lounge in to a traditional walled courtyard, shared the adjoining property, with picnic tables and BBQ’s for Al Fresco dining and to enjoy the Yorkshire sun.
