Slightly further away is the beautiful city of Lincoln with its castle, cathedral and bespoke shops. For keen walkers there are numerous coastal and wold walks.

On entering this property there is there is an additional sunny snug, perfect for curling up with a good book. Stairs lead to the first floor. A well equipped spacious country style kitchen with Aga (not lit- feature only) within a feature brick surround, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, the dining/breakfast room area is located just off the kitchen which comfortably seats six with double opening doors onto the sunny patio/dining area. A further door off the kitchen leads to a stunning conservatory which provides ample seating and dining space and overlooks the private rear garden. The large calming bright, light filled lounge features a lovely bay window filling the room with sunlight making this a nice airy room to relax in having comfortable sofas and chairs.
