BEACH ACCESS
The direct beach walkway may shift at times due to construction activity. When necessary, guests will be directed to the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
BICYCLE RENTALS & STORAGE
On-site bicycle rentals and bike storage will be unavailable during the construction period. If you plan to bring your own bicycle, it must be stored on your vehicle during your stay. Bicycles are not permitted inside the building.
PARKING

The tv in the great room was tilted down and would not stay flat to the wall
In the master bedroom the overhead fan chain was broken off. Therefore it would only run on high or off.
The oven-top may have been clean but the damaged to it made it look unclean

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay at One Seagrove Place!! Our family had the BEST time staying here! The beach access was close. The elevators are not slow! Our room was great and had everything we needed in it!! It’s also within walking distance to a surf shop, general store, The best pizza place, a Cumberland convenient store, urgent care and lots more!! If you’re ever wanting to try a new beach scene like we did this year, One Seagrove Place is the place to stay!!!!

The property is beautiful, well kept, and they've made tremendous improvements. Love how it's right on the beach. This was our fourth year, and we will definitely be returning.
