Try the famous pudding from Bakewell (4 miles), where you can enjoy a walk along the River Derwent. Ramble your way to the top of Bamford Edge (10 miles) to experience showstopping views across the Peak District. Keen birdwatchers can view an abundance of wildlife at Wyming Brook Nature Reserve (11.5 miles), including the bullfinch, wood warblers and the spotted flycatcher.


Kick off your shoes in the spacious hallway before entering the home-from-home lounge.
