Access to a communal indoor and outdoor pool - included in your booking at no extra cost. The pool is sometimes used for activities, so a timetable will be provided inside the home to help you plan visits. The host's owner pass is also available, offering more private pool access.

Children and infants welcome
Dogs welcome — up to 2 small or 1 large, well-behaved and not permitted on furniture; please enquire if unsure! They must not be allowed on the sofa or beds. The owner must pay £50 deposit directly to me, no less than 72 hours before the booking date, which will be refunded, if there is no mess or damage within the caravan.
If any additional cleaning needs to be carried out, the cost for this will be deducted from the deposit.
If the guest makes the booking and does not pay the deposit, I have the right to cancel the booking.
