About this cottage rental
Situated in the popular Derbyshire village of Baslow, the property is within walking distance of the many local facilities, which include a post office, grocery shop, pubs and restaurants. If you are looking for a long walk, the stunning views from the Gristone Edges are not far away, or why not explore the heather moorlands above the village or walk through the beautiful grounds of Chatsworth House.
Through the hall, a large L-shaped open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room features a beamed ceiling, charming fireplace with log burning stove and carefully chosen pastel fabrics. The kitchen is very modern, with grey units, granite worktops and new appliances, while a good sized oak dining table adds to this property's traditional cottage style.
One bedroom is located on the ground floor, making this property accessible to all. This room has been decorated in beautiful floral shades, with a double bed and modern en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. Upstairs, the two remaining bedrooms each have twin single beds with access to a Jack and Jill shower room. These rooms are equally as spacious, each with its own individual colour theme.
Evergreen shrubs surround the private patio garden, perfect for enjoying an al fresco drink or looking out to the pretty fields opposite.
