This beautiful cottage is set in a peaceful hamlet just North of Haverfordwest giving easy access to all that Pembrokeshire has to offer. The county town of Haverfordwest can be reached in just under 3 miles. The town offers a variety of shops, bars and restaurants for you to enjoy plus local cinema for rainy days. Head to the coast and take your pick of some of North Pembrokeshire's finest beaches. Newgale beach can be reached in 9 miles, popular all year round the locals and tourists alike, or head to Nolton Haven and Druidstone for a more peaceful spot. If hiking is your thing, try the famous Pembrokeshire coastal path or head more inland to the Preselis mountain range in just 10 miles.

As you enter the cottage, you are welcomed into a generous hallway with stairs leading to the first floor. Through the hall is the open plan lounge and dining room. There is comfortable seating set around the wall-mounted Smart TV and wood flooring throughout. The dining table for six sits at the end of the room, adjacent to the contemporary kitchen, making this a perfect space to enjoy socialising with your family. Leading off from the kitchen is a utility room and downstairs WC. Head up the custom-made staircase and you will find three luxurious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite shower room. The second, a double room with built in wardrobes with mirrored sliding doors. The third bedroom is a comfortable twin room with a wall mounted TV. The family bathroom enjoys an L-shaped bath with overhead shower, ideal for families.

Into the enclosed garden, you will find a large patio terrace with outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ provided to enjoy dining al fresco. Head up seven steps and you will find a generous lawn area, ideal for children to play or take in the evening sun.
