Welcome to Farm House at 129 Radio Road, a thoughtfully designed newer home that blends modern comfort with classic farmhouse style. Built just a few years ago, this property offers a unique character with a warm, country feel while still being conveniently close to town.
Located just minutes from downtown Waynesville, guests can enjoy easy access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions, all while staying in a peaceful residential setting.
COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS LIVING
This home is ideal for families and groups, offering a spacious layout with multiple sleeping areas:
Master bedroom with a King bed
Two additional bedrooms, each with a Queen bed
Upstairs sleeping area with four Twin beds
Each bedroom, along with the living room and media/bunk area, is equipped with a Smart TV, providing a total of five Smart TVs throughout the home.
THE SPACE
The home features a comfortable living area, a functional layout for group stays, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout. Whether you are gathering in the living room, enjoying a meal together, or relaxing in one of the bedrooms, the home is designed to provide both comfort and convenience.

The property is within walking distance to the Waynesville Recreation Center, where guests can enjoy a variety of amenities available at reasonable rates, including a well-maintained indoor pool.
Its location also allows for quick access to downtown Waynesville and nearby mountain attractions, making it a great base for both relaxation and exploration.

In addition to the nightly rate, the following will apply:
$250 Cleaning Fee (includes professional cleaning and turnover)
