Bring your family or a few close friends and settle into this peaceful, 3-bedroom beach retreat—just a 5-minute walk to the dunes and a quiet, less crowded stretch of the southern Brigantine coastline.
You’ll be close to everything you need for a perfect beach day, while still tucked away in a relaxing neighborhood. Want a little more excitement? Atlantic City is less than a 10-minute drive for casinos, dining, shopping, and nightlife.

Comfortable sleeping setup:
1 King bed (primary bedroom)
1 king bed (secondary bedroom)
2 Twin XL beds (can orient together to be a king)
Fully equipped kids room with two twin beds, toys, books, and a kids size table. Pack and play is also available for use!
Roku TV in the two king bed bedrooms
Step outside and enjoy:
Large deck with lounge chairs, and table for 6 with an XL umbrella
Gas BBQ grill out back
Outdoor beach shower (perfect after sandy days!)

Sheets & bath towels (no need to pack!)
Fully equipped kitchen with essentials (pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, espresso machine, coffee grinder, toaster, rice cooker, etc!)
Smart TV (no cable—use your own streaming logins)
Driveway parking for 1 car + free street parking
Access to grill in back yard area
4 beach chairs and an umbrella is provided
7 beach tags for use during your stay
You’ll have the entire second floor condo (exterior staircase), deck, right side of driveway for parking, and outdoor shower to yourself.

Ross St. beach is a short walk via Harbor Beach Blvd
Beach tags required (Memorial Day–Labor Day, approx. $15/week/adult) we will provide 7 tags.
4x4 pass can be acquired; contact Brigantine City Hall for details. Jetty and cove access paths are minutes from the property!

Bus stop quarter mile away with first stops at inlet casinos
