The bedroom has fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and iron. The living area has sofa beds for 2 extra guests.
The full kitchen comes with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, tableware and wine glasses. It also has a dryer.
The bathroom comes with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hot water. Heating throughout the apartment.

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:
- Names of each guest
- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)
- Estimated time of arrival
- For security reasons and compliance with accommodation regulations, we kindly request that, prior to your arrival, you send us a clear photograph of the identity document (ID card or passport) of each guest who will be staying at the property
