If you have been looking for a quiet picturesque setting, this a perfect place to land. Bookcliffs to the north, Monument to the south, Grand Mesa and Mt Garfield to the east. Conveniently located between downtown Fruita and Main Street Grand Junction. Just minutes to Access I-70 to quickly get to Palisade or head west to the Kokopeli trail system.
Traveling with your trailer, no problem, there is more than enough space to park up to a 30' RV or trailer.
10 minutes to the Grand Junction regional airport, 40 minutes to Powderhorn ski area. Trails in every direction, the river trail is only a mile and a half away. Whatever adventure you're into, this basecamp is close to it all.
The covered patio offers a fantastic space to enjoy the back yard. Garage is big enough to park a full size SUV and still put all your gear inside.
Everything you will need is located in the home, kitchen is set up for guests who enjoy cooking. All linens and paper products are provided. The master BR has a brand new memory foam bed, second and third BR's are very comfortable as well. This home has AC and forced air heating, always comfortable no matter what time of year.
