The Pub House Inn - Timeless Charm
The Space:
Stay in this spacious stand-alone apartment with large lounge and outdoor area just 0.4 miles from Highcross shopping centre and Showcase Cinema. Perfect for families and groups, enjoy free parking (rare find) and endless entertainment: pool table, table tennis, air hockey, foosball, karaoke, 65” TV and Toys for kids.
Located above a pub, its ideal for socialising without noise restrictions. Relax, gather, and create lasting memories at The Pubhouse Inn – your perfect city getaway.
The space
Please refer to the 'not to scale' floor plan attached with the photos so you get an idea as to the layout.
As you come up to the first floor, you'll enter a spacious hallway that leads to a generously sized living room.
The apartment has five bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: A double bed and a bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on top)
- Bedroom 2: A cozy room with small double bed
- Bedroom 3: Another cozy room with a small double bed
- Bedroom 4: Features two double beds
- Bedroom 5: Includes a double bed (en-suite).
In addition to the en-suite, there are two separate family shower rooms. The kitchen is also reasonably large, providing plenty of space for cooking and dining. We also have a spacious balcony for the whole family to socialize.
Guest access
We've got secure parking for 4 cars on weekends, but it's a bit tighter during the week. If you have trouble finding a spot, just let us know – we might be able to snag some extra parking from a nearby business.
Just a heads-up, parking might get a bit more limited once the pub opens, which we're guessing will be around May 2026.
Other things to note
This apartment is situated above a Pub - The Foresters Arms, creating a vibrant and social setting. However, on some weekends and event nights, noise levels may be higher and noticeable within the apartment.
If you are sensitive to noise, please take this into account before booking.
If you decide to use the BBQ, please ensure you clean it best to your ability after use.
