Copala 2204 is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 2nd floor of Copala at Quivira, a private, full-ownership gated community in Cabo San Lucas with access to the Quivira restaurants and the acclaimed Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Relax on the private balcony with outdoor furniture and take in the amazing ocean views. Come unwind with your family in a true home away from home.
INSIDE: Nicely decorated, with a King bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen in the second bedroom, two full bathrooms, a fully appointed kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and a drip coffee maker, a comfortable living room, a TV with streaming, a full washer and dryer, and a professionally installed filtered water system on Quivira's reverse-osmosis supply.
COMMUNITY: This secure, private gated community offers seven guest-accessible pools, including the Copala clubhouse with a kiddy pool and a family infinity pool with ocean, mountain and desert views, plus a large family jacuzzi, deli, spa, gym, bar and grill, and media room. An on-site tienda covers the essentials.
RESORT ACCESS: Guests enjoy access and discounts at The After sports bar and The Market food hall at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, and at the Quivira Golf Clubhouse steakhouse (dinner reservations required). Reservable resort restaurants prioritize hotel guests, and Pueblo Bonito pools require the resort all-inclusive package. The private owners-only beach club is not included. Stays of 30 or more nights include Exclusive Beach Club access, subject to Quivira long-term rental requirements.
