About this apartment rental
Beautiful and private Airbnb apartment located in New Haven. Peaceful, bright, immaculate and thoughtfully appointed is the best way to describe the Urban Sanctuary. You will fall in love with our cozy and charming garden apartment, nestled in a historic 3 family home in Westville. You will find good restaurants and coffee shops around, it's just the best place for you to stay.
We provide a variety of amenities.
I am always available through the app and will get back to you as soon as possible.
This New Haven neighborhood is perfect for travelers looking for both comfort and convenience. Just minutes from downtown, you’ll have easy access to restaurants, shopping, and popular local spots while still enjoying a quieter, residential setting.
Guests are provided a parking space in front of the first bay of the garage. They are free to enjoy to the backyard garden as they wish and use the laundry room between 11am-3pm.
My hope is to provide a place of renewal, where you can retreat and recharge during these busy times. A small oasis of peace where all who enter are invited to remember who you are and why we are here and in turn radiate this energy in the form of love and light to the world outside.

There’s a beautiful park just a short walk away—perfect for enjoying a walk or getting some fresh air during the day.
Please note:
• No smoking, vaping, or any similar activity is allowed—not inside the apartment, not outside, and not anywhere on or around the property.
• No parties, gatherings, or unregistered guests are allowed at any time. Only the guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.
We deeply value the calm and safety of the space and the neighborhood. Thank you for respecting the house rules!
