• The condo is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by stairs only

• Coin-operated laundry facilities are located near the pool area

The property is located in a residential community. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM.



🦟 Insects

Texas weather can naturally attract insects, especially in outdoor areas. While we do our best to maintain a comfortable environment, insects are a natural part of the local climate and are outside of our control. We recommend bringing insect repellent and, if desired, citronella candles for outdoor use.



🪜 Third-Floor Unit

Please note that the condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the condo or on the property.
