Designed for families, couples, and small groups, this comfortable 2-bedroom condo sleeps up to 5 guests and gives you easy access to the sand, pool, hot tubs, local restaurants, and attractions at the quieter southern end of the island.



The Space:

The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bed, making the condo a great option for families or groups traveling together.



The living room provides plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach, with comfortable reclining seating and a large TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances and a spacious island for preparing meals or enjoying a casual breakfast.



POOL & HOT TUB

Take a break from the beach at the community pool and heated hot tubs. The pool area also includes shaded seating and BBQ areas (first come, first serve) for relaxed outdoor meals. In addition, the onsite AC club house provides restrooms, large room with tables, TV and sofa to relax. This area is great for card games, board games, or just hanging out to cool down.



BEACH ACCESS

One of the best features of Gulfview is the private beach access. Follow the dedicated pathway from the complex and you'll be on the beach in just moments. Guests will find a selection of food trucks, restaurants and bars offering excellent food and cocktails of your choice.

Other Things to Note:

- This property does not permit pets. We kindly ask that all guests respect this firm policy.



- Important HOA information: A refundable $150 deposit is required for the property's wristbands and parking permit. The deposit is refunded after the wristbands and permit are returned at checkout. During March, the HOA also charges a non-refundable $40/person spring-break wristband fee.



- Please note that Texas weather can naturally attract insects, especially in outdoor areas. While we do our best to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable environment, insects are a natural part of the local climate and are outside of our control. We recommend bringing insect repellent and, if desired, citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay.
