Located at Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort. 6 month lease. Will consider 1-2 additional months. 2BR + loft and 2 bath + loft with 3 single beds - Winter 2026/27. Top floor, end unit. Sleeps at least 6. Wall of windows & 25-foot private balcony overlooking rushing Gore Creek. High ceilings throughout with ceiling fans. Wood burning stove in living area. Open living area with lots of storage. Flexible floor plan. Updated white kitchen. Updated bathrooms. In-unit washer/dryer (European style). Lazy Boy pullout sofa with TempurPedic queen mattress. Walk to lake and playground. Bus stop at end of parking lot (3-min walk). Private storage locker for skis.
