Fee Advisements MANDATORY RESORT FEE: USD 35 PER STUDIO, USD 42 PER
1BED AND USD 56 PER 2BED, PER WEEK OR USD 5 PER STUDIO, USD 6 PER 1BED
AND USD 8 PER 2BED, PER NIGHT PLUS APPLICABLE TAX. Mandatory Resort Fee
will be paid to resort at check-in. We have included all fees and
surcharges provided to us by resort. Guests are responsible for payment
of Environmental Sanitation Tax, 2026 rate of MXN$79.20 per room per
night. There is a fee of approximately $11.31 pesos per check for any
consumption in Bars and Restaurants exceeding MX$452.56 pesos. Required
surcharges (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, fees or other
miscellaneous) service charges, telephone connection fees, long
distance phone charges, personal charges,and applicable amenities
usage,and housekeeping fees are the responsibility of the occupant and
are payable directly to the resort. Fees and surcharges are subject to
change without notice. Resort parking is typically limited to one car
per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no
on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at
an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking
trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (may
not have on-site). Important Advisements Purchase of Getaways to this
property limited to not more than two consecutive weeks or three
Getaway confirmations per concurrent week, per membership per calendar
year. Confirmations not adhering to this restriction are subject to

Certificate and accompanying guests, unless a Guest Certificate is
