Enjoy a comfortable extended stay in this spacious, stationary 2023 Heartland Bighorn at Twin Lakes RV Park in Cumming, Georgia. Designed for traveling nurses, contractors, utility workers, relocating families, and other professionals, this fully equipped fifth wheel offers three slide-outs, a king bed, pullout sofa, two reclining seats, one full bathroom with shower, and an additional half bathroom.
The residential-style kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, four-burner gas stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, dishes, cookware, and utensils. The RV also features two air conditioners, gas and electric heat, an electric fireplace, television, dedicated dining or workspace, washer and dryer hookups, and ample exterior storage.
The wooded campsite includes full 50-amp electric, water, sewer, trash access, a picnic table, awning, firepit, Blackstone griddle, portable grill, and parking for up to two approved vehicles. Electricity, water, sewer, campsite maintenance, and two full 100-pound propane tanks are included at move-in. Optional unlimited T-Mobile 5G Wi-Fi is available for an additional monthly fee.
Conveniently located about 15 minutes from Northside Hospital Forsyth, 5 minutes from GA-400, and near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, downtown Cumming, Lake Lanier, and Lanier Islands.
