La maison se situe dans une propriété de 1 hectare 5 (clôturée sur 4000 m²). Sa topographie lui permet de garder son esprit naturel avec roches, forêt et végétation. Au bord d'une forêt de châtaigniers et de chênes-liège à la sortie du village, elle vous permet d'être au calme tout en bénéficiant de tous les services à proximité : épicerie, bars, restaurants, médecin, coiffeur, presse, etc. Vous accédez à de nombreuses randonnées et sentiers directement depuis la maison, tels que le Mare a Mare Nord ou la cascade. Le village possède une magnifique cathédrale et un musée ethnographique étonnant. La maison bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur la mer, les plages et les îles italiennes. De nombreuses plages, le port et le parc accrobranche sont à environ 15 minutes de la villa. Le stationnement se fait devant la maison et est gratuit. Les draps (lits faits) et les serviettes sont mis à votre disposition gracieusement.

In a peaceful, natural setting just outside the village, the villa is 6 minutes from the beaches and a 10-minute walk from shops, restaurants, the cathedral, and the museum. On a 15,000 m² forested property, you have access to many hiking trails, waterfalls, and the mountains. Free on-site parking, with electric vehicle charging available for an extra fee.
The villa has two accommodations, each with a private outdoor area and sea and island views:
- Nucciola, a cozy 48 m² apartment for 2 to 4 guests,
- Castagna, a 78 m² house for 4 to 6 guests (first floor), with equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and balcony with sea view. Private spa available May to September.
Bed linen, towels, beach towels, and bikes provided.
