Built on a private 1,000 sq.m. estate, the 140 sq.m. residence has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its authentic character while providing every modern comfort. Traditional architecture blends with carefully curated interiors featuring original artwork, antique furnishings, and handcrafted Cretan embroidery, creating a home that feels both elegant and deeply connected to its history.
On the ground floor, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, open directly onto the courtyard with private pool, allowing indoor and outdoor living to flow naturally throughout the day.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to five guests in two beautifully appointed bedrooms with one double bed and three single beds. Two bathrooms and two separate WCs ensure both comfort and convenience for families or small groups.
