A 5-bedroom, modernised home that is genuinely 5 minutes' walk to the shore of Dynamite Bay, in close proximity to the local shop and Diner (3 minutes) as well as the 3 Bays walk.
It is designed to bring people together, and suits a few parties given its larger footprint than most accommodation in the area, with ample room for parking for boats, cars...etc.

Life's a Beach is a spacious coastal home designed for families, groups of friends and fishing trips looking to enjoy everything Green Head has to offer.
Just a short walk from the stunning Dynamite Bay, the house provides the perfect base for beach days, boating, fishing, snorkelling, surfing or simply slowing down and enjoying the relaxed coastal lifestyle.
Please note: we’re gradually renovating the house. Some areas have unfinished cosmetic details, including the third upstairs bathroom, which is why it is not listed at this point, although it is usable. The photos show the current condition, so please look through them before booking and reach out for info. We want you to have a clear picture of what to expect and enjoy a nice holiday with no surprises.
Recently refreshed with a modern kitchen and comfortable furnishings as well as other features, the home combines practical comfort with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Whether you're enjoying a BBQ after a day on the water or relaxing with a movie, there's room for everyone.
With four queen bedrooms plus a bunk room, three bathrooms and generous parking for multiple vehicles and boats, Life's a Beach is ideal for extended families, fishing groups and friends exploring the Turquoise Coast.

Please respect our neighbours by keeping outdoor noise to a minimum after 9:00 pm.
This is a family holiday home and is not suitable for parties or events.
