About this house rental
Experience Western South Dakota and East Wyoming from this newly remodeled building a few minutes north of I-90 in Belle Fourche. Amenities include two bedrooms (king sized beds), 2.5 bathrooms, very large commercial appointed kitchen, high speed wireless internet, comfortable living/common room, full laundry, large ice maker (up to 350lbs/day), tall garage (9'9") with type-2 EV charging (also a Tesla adapter) and a pet grooming station (powered lift washtub and table), large dog doors in the bedrooms, an outside gas grill, and ample parking including two full RV hookups (water, power, and septic) outside and a 3rd in the garage (suitable for a smaller van-sized RV). Building has heat and AC, all toilets have built in bidets. The large Samsung TV in the living room is hooked up to the internet but can also be used as a monitor/display for any device with an HMDI output (laptop or gaming console) or that has Samsung Direct wireless capability.
Building was purchased and remodeled by a recently retired veteran from Iowa to be a convenient meeting place for extended family coming from Washington, Idaho, Montana, Illinois, and Ohio. It is right across the street from a challenging 9-hole golf course (well maintained, good topography and distances), with good shopping and grocery options nearby (including a Walmart super center 10min away).
