About this house rental
Country house 'Ethnic house & view, Sulcis Relax' with mountain view, private terrace, and Wi-Fi. A peaceful retreat in southwest Sardinia, just a few kilometers from Porto Paglia beach. The apartment features a spacious panoramic terrace and an ideal location: surrounded by nature, yet close to Sulcis’s main towns and attractions. Perfect for relaxing independently.
I live on the ground floor with my dogs and a cat; I’ll be happy to suggest itineraries if you wish, always respecting your privacy.
The 60 sqm apartment is furnished and equipped for up to 4 guests (double bedroom and sofa bed with two single places). The large panoramic veranda is perfect for relaxing, enjoying the view, and dining outdoors. Barbecue, full kitchen, washing machine, TV, and local herbs are at your disposal.
The property sits on about 5,000 sqm of land with olive trees—ideal for nature lovers and those traveling with pets, who are welcome (contact me for specific needs due to other animals on site). On-site parking available, barrier-free interiors for easy access.
Wi-Fi included and available.
The elevated position ensures natural ventilation and mountain views. On the hottest days, portable fans are provided (no air conditioning).
Linen: sheets included, bath towels available on request for an extra fee.
