The property offers secure access to the residential complex and includes one private parking space for the reservation. Additional parking may be available for an extra charge and must be requested in advance.

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not allowed.

Air conditioners, lights, and televisions should be turned off when leaving the apartment and during check-out.
