We provide coffee for each machine, as well as a variety of teas. If you need cream/milk please bring some with you as we will only have coffee mate available.

Guest access
Everywhere on property is available for guest to use except for the 1 car garage side and coach house (where we live)

Other things to note
Please note there is another home on the property and we live in that home. We try to give as much privacy as possible, but keep in mind when booking this property we do live on lot although a separated coach home. so you may see us from time to time.

Pool/hot tub/landscaper staff comes regularly to service the home. They may be on property during your stay.

Pool heating can be added on for $150/day and must be on for the entire duration of stay. Min 3 days of heating must be paid for as the largest cost is getting water to temp so for reservations less than 3 days you will still be charged for 3 if you choose to heat.

Pool is open from May 15th to end of Sept. The pool can potentially be open for October if heated. its winterized after October until next May.

If any amenities are down to mechanical failure I.E hot tub/pool we will only give max 10% refund for affected nights. Although this is rare, it can happen. Smaller amenities we do not give any refunds for (Pool table, Theatre)

The 3 car garage is split into a 2 car and a 1 car garage. We will be using the 1 car side for ourselves.

The AC system is forced air, from our experience of living at the home is upstairs is always the warmest and the basement is cooler. Please note the level of coolness achieved in the basement will always be more than the top floors.

Pickleball court is open until 9 pm or whenever it gets dark as there is no lighting outdoor for the court and due to noise concerns as the sport does produce loud noises.
